The GreenYourBusiness website was successfully launched at the All Seasons Quality Resort in Bendigo on 28 March 2007.

The support for the launch of the GreenYourBusiness website was extremely encouraging, and all appeared to enjoy the event.

We began the evening with drinks, appetisers and networking, followed by a practical and informative talk by Sandra Wilson, a resource efficiency adviser for industry and manufacturing. Katie Bell from the All Seasons then described how this complex hospitality business has incorporated sustainable practices to the point where many have become habits for staff, and detailed their future plans for increased efficiency. 

Lisa Mariah gave an overview of the contents of the website, awarded certificates to the businesses profiled, and the website was officially launched. After this, there was an opportunity for those who attended to explore the website for themselves, through a number of internet connected laptops situated around the room. The evening drew to a conclusion with further networking and refreshments.

A total of 34 booked to attend from around the region, with a further 35 sending personal apologies. We also had a 'ring in' from another event at the All Seasons who wanted to stay and find out more!
